1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at qclocksmiths.com and the locksmith services provided by Quick Call Locksmiths (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website, requesting service, or allowing us to perform work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or request service.

2. The services we provide
We provide locksmith services to residential, commercial and automotive customers, including lockout response, key cutting and programming, rekeying, lock installation, repair and replacement, and ignition services. Services are performed by employees or by independent technicians engaged by us, all of whom are background-checked before being cleared to take work under our name.
We may decline any job at our discretion, for example where identification or proof of ownership cannot be produced, where the work falls outside our capability or coverage area, or where we believe the request may be unlawful.
3. Requests, estimates and pricing
- The price ranges published on this website, and any range given over the phone or by text, are estimates based on your description of the job. They are not binding quotations.
- A firm written estimate is provided on site once our technician has inspected the actual lock, door or vehicle. No work begins until you approve that estimate.
- If the job proves materially different from what was described, the technician will stop, explain the difference and provide a revised estimate for your approval before continuing.
- Prices vary by time of day, service type, hardware required, vehicle make and model, and location. Some work cannot be priced accurately until a technician has seen it.
- If you decide not to proceed after receiving the written estimate, you may decline. A call-out or service fee may apply where a technician has already traveled to your location; where such a fee applies, the dispatcher will tell you about it on the call before the technician is sent.
4. Identification and proof of ownership
We will not open any property or vehicle without satisfactory proof that you own it or are lawfully entitled to access it. This is not negotiable, and it is the single most important safeguard in the locksmith trade.
You must present valid government-issued photo identification together with evidence connecting you to the property or vehicle, for example a lease, deed, utility bill, vehicle title, registration or insurance card. Our technician records that the check was carried out. If satisfactory proof cannot be produced, the technician will decline the job, and a call-out fee may still apply.
5. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods advertised at the time of service. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. You are responsible for any bank charges, chargeback fees or collection costs arising from a failed or disputed payment made in bad faith. Invoices for approved business accounts are due on the terms stated on the invoice.
6. Cancellations and no-access calls
Tell us as soon as possible if you no longer need the technician. If you cancel after a technician has been dispatched, or if the technician arrives and cannot access the job because nobody is present, the address is wrong, or the required proof of ownership is unavailable, a call-out fee may apply. The dispatcher will always tell you about any applicable fee before a technician is sent.
7. Workmanship and warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. If a lock we installed or serviced fails within that period because of our workmanship, we will return and put it right at no labor charge to you.
Hardware and parts carry only the warranty offered by their manufacturer. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, forced entry, vandalism, accident, weather damage, normal wear, work altered or serviced by anyone else, or pre-existing faults in a door, frame or vehicle that we identified and noted at the time. To make a claim, contact us with your receipt at support@qclocksmiths.com or (629) 262-9768.
8. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about the job, the location and the property or vehicle involved.
- Be present, or have an authorized adult present, when the technician arrives.
- Have your identification and proof of ownership ready.
- Tell us about any pre-existing damage, non-standard hardware, alarm systems or vehicle modifications.
- Provide safe access to the work area.
9. Communications and electronic consent
By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your service request by phone and email. Text messages are sent only if you have separately opted in, on the terms set out in our SMS Terms & Conditions. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Calls to our dispatch line may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training and job-record purposes. Where recording applies you will be notified at the start of the call.
You agree that agreements, notices, estimates, approvals and receipts provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
10. Website content and intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, layout, graphics, and the Quick Call Locksmiths name and logo, is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with our services. You may not copy, republish, scrape or use our content or branding for any other purpose without our written permission.
11. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is.” While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is complete or current at every moment. Arrival windows are good-faith estimates and are affected by traffic, weather, job queue and distance; they are not guarantees.
Locksmith work carries inherent risk. Some locks, doors, safes and vehicle systems cannot be opened without damage, and some hardware is already worn, damaged or defective before we arrive. Where destructive entry is the only available method, the technician will explain this and obtain your approval before proceeding, and we are not responsible for damage that was unavoidable or pre-existing.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services or this website, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost data or loss of use.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Call Locksmiths, its owners, employees and technicians from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, from information you gave us that was false or misleading, or from your request that we open a property or vehicle you were not entitled to access.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Before filing anything, please contact us at support@qclocksmiths.com. Most disputes are the result of a misunderstanding about scope or price, and most are resolved in a single phone call.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. The Terms in force at the time you request service are the ones that apply to that job.
16. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website and our services.
